How does this method work? Elizabeth has a unique view of mental health and wellness. She sees human emotion as ENERGY and mental wellness as the most important tenant of overall wellness. When the mind is unwell, we feel negative, lower vibrational emotion. Human emotion IS energy. Our thoughts are energy. When we feel depressed, sad or anxious, we unknowingly create an energetic imbalance within ourselves. That energetic-emotional imbalance is the catalyst for all health problems; both mental and physical.

The best way to restore our emotional-energetic balance is through Fusion Sessions. In these sessions you will gain new perspectives of yourself, the way you relate to people, and the way you relate to places and things around you. These new perspectives are gifted to clients through powerful conversation and energetic healing.

Elizabeth combines Emotional Energy Healing and Talk Therapy for ultimate healing results. She uses an ancient form of Japanese energy healing, to stabilize and restore our energetic body. There are many different life force energies that flow through us at all times. Clearing and rebalancing these energies is an enjoyable and effective way to get everything flowing freely within our biological system. Elizabeth uses the iconic Fusion Sessions to heal addictions, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, worry, racing thoughts, self-confidence and many other emotional issues. If you are feeling exhausted, stuck, drained or disconnected you are a perfect candidate.

One of the most fascinating pillars of Energetic healing is that it can be done from a distance- virtually. Energy is not bound by linear time and space, quite similar to modern day technology. The internet connects us to the entire world, 24/7. Think of Healing Energy as a “technology” that sends healing frequencies person to person, just like a smart phone connects all of us. Your phone sends invisible radio waves and electrical signals in order to place and receive calls. Elizabeth can tap into energy streams to send emotional healing to anyone, anywhere! Elizabeth has several specialties in the Mental Health field. She has pioneered multiple healing programs. One of her most exciting creations is her one-on-one private virtual Intensive Recovery program. Rather than being thrown into a one size fits all treatment center, Elizabeth works with her clients individually. She designs a 1-6 month intensive therapy program for clients who want to recover from Addiction, Trauma and/or Grief. Her programs all include a mix of Talk Therapy, Energetic Healing (Reiki), Meditation, and other creative projects. Her clients’ successes prove the power of her programs.

Elizabeth Stadtlander, LMFT, MHC, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed a Dual Masters’ degree program at Barry University in Miami, Florida, and there, she also completed 3 semesters of the Doctoral Program. Elizabeth completed her clinical internship at Aventura Hospital’s Behavioral Health Unit. She worked as a Lead Group Facilitator at the Children’s Bereavement Center of Miami. After several years of working in a Florida based practice, she opened her own practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Currently, Elizabeth is living back in Miami, Florida- where she operates UPLIFTME- a virtual wellness practice.

Elizabeth is a Master of both Usui and Karuna Reiki. She is currently a student of Shambala Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Sacred Geometry Healing. Through her Reiki studies, she has developed several other intuitive gifts, which she employs upon request in her sessions.
