“I recently completed a 3 month addiction program with Elizabeth. Her approach is very different than other therapies I have tried- and much more beneficial for my recovery. In addition to abstinence, Elizabeth’s program focuses on really understanding the root causes of why I was using- then dissected them, and rebuilt my confidence through self-love. She also helped me understand my triggers and developed practical strategies to deal with them. One of the strategies I learned was concerning my triggers and high-risk situations. She taught me how to meditate and use Reiki- which I had never experienced before. I was impressed by Reiki because it helped me to calm my mind and my energy, as well as how to understand and focus on what was really bothering me deep down. Furthermore, this method taught me how to reset my body and energy from a stressed and anxious state to a relaxed and productive state. Overall, Elizabeth’s program was extremely beneficial and I cannot recommend her enough for addiction treatment and/or therapy.Her program is about so much more than just quitting a substance.

The Power of Reiki for Carol

Reiki Fusion sessions with Elizabeth expand on traditional therapy to include energy healing. Elizabeth has seen me for Couples Counseling, Individual counseling, and most recently for Grief Counseling. I came to Liz last month feeling stuck and not as fulfilled as I knew I could be. After just 1 Reiki Fusion Session, I felt a profound shift. I have known Elizabeth for more than 10 years now. I met her when my wife of 17 years left me for another man. I was shocked and devastated, and in a very bad state of mind. Elizabeth was, and still is, the kindest, most caring and wonderful therapist I have ever met. I tried several others that I did not like on my journey to find the right one. Elizabeth implemented alot of different approaches, and slowly but surely I became functional again. I just tried the Fusion session the other night. As someone who suffers from Fibromyalgia, my emotional well being is often effected. I’m not someone who reaches for medications to treat my discomfort, so when I was approached by my Therapist Liz to try Reiki, there was no reason not to try it. Since then, I have had at least a dozen Reiki Fusion Sessions with Liz. I have literally felt the pain leave my body; it was an unbelievable feeling.
